There is a lot going on this time of year here, so this post is to keep you in the loop...
1-You can view and order your pictures tonight and Thusday.
2-If you want to place an ad in the program book they are due by the end of the week. Ad slips are here at the studio.
3-Recital t-shirts will go on sale next week, once size samples arrive. They are $15.00, and slips will also be availbale at the studio.
4-You will recieve a "recital newsletter" the first few weeks of June. ... This will help you navigate everything you need to know about recital and rehearsal.
5-First reserved seating ticket sale is Sat. June 16th, 9:30-noon. (Sr. and staff sale is Monday June 11 5-6pm)
6-If you helped us help others, and sold all of your fudraising tickets, you will receive a free ticket and tickets at $10.00. If you did not, all tickets are $12.00
7-Your account must be paid in full by Sat June 16, or you cannot buy tickets that day. If you unaware of your balance the office can help you.
8-secondary ticket sale will be Monday June 25, 5-6PM. also accounts must be paid in full.
9- This is the craziest, but most fun time of the year...if you feel overwhelmed, please do not hesitate to ask staff!
10-FUNDRAISER...We are collecting donations for our charity Miss Gabi's Art is Good Studio. Please is your are willing to donate and help us help others, please talk to Susan or the ofice staff! Thank you in advance
